Breakfast here comes with a view of the valley
A two-storey house in San Nicola Arcella, inside a residential village guarded day and night. Sleeps six, with two bathrooms, a parking space of your own and the beaches just eight minutes away.
Sleeps six, two bathrooms
Three bedrooms, two of them connecting, all with air conditioning. And two bathrooms, so nobody has to wait their turn for the shower.
A parking space of your own
A reserved space close to the house, with more free spaces around the village. In August, parking is the hardest thing to find.
Round-the-clock security
The Villaggio del Bridge has a staffed gatehouse at the entrance and a security service that keeps watch through the night.
The house
A recently renovated townhouse on two levels. Upstairs is for living: the kitchen, the living room and the terrace that gives the house its name. Downstairs is for sleeping: three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Check-in is self-service, at any hour.
Eight minutes from the sea
The house sits up in the hills: the nights are cool, parking is easy, and in the evening you can dine outdoors watching the lights of the village at the bottom of the valley.

“The view is spectacular… the tremendous advantage of a parking place right out front.”
Rich, April 2025, Airbnb
The view is spectacular. The house is updated and comfortable with the tremendous advantage of a parking place right out front. While it is difficult to explain, the place is private, without being uncomfortably so. It is in an unusual location, buy once you understand the layout of the roads, it is quite easy to find. There is a wonderful little town on the sea that has everything. We found ourselves there quite a bit: both for a stroll and for breakfast or dinner. If you want to explore, the roads are windy in this area of Italy, but awesomely breathtaking. The large beach area directly down from the apartment is beyond beautiful. We had no issues with the house or the area. Loved it. Thank you!

“Comfortable even for two families… with a large, panoramic outdoor terrace.”
Stefano, August 2025, Booking.com
A fantastic, completely renovated and well-equipped apartment, comfortable even for two families (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms), with a large, panoramic outdoor terrace and a splendid view of the coast. It is part of a gated village of countless small villas with a porter, set at the top of the hill above Praia a Mare, yet close to the SS18 junction, so it is handy for reaching all the beaches north and south along the coast. A welcome gift of wine and local liqueur on arrival was much appreciated. An experience worth repeating.

“We made the most of the terrace for our dinners with a breathtaking view.”
Ginevra, August 2026, Booking.com
A really welcoming little house, spotlessly clean and equipped with absolutely everything. We made the most of the terrace for our dinners with a breathtaking view. Alessandro is the perfect host, always quick to respond to any need, question or request. We couldn't have found anything better. The only sad part was having to leave; everything else was paradise. San Nicola Arcella and Terrazza Arcomagno will stay among our fondest memories and in our hearts.

Your host
My name is Alessandro and I've been welcoming guests here for a few years. San Nicola Arcella is the place closest to my heart, and I set up this house the way I would love to find it when arriving on holiday.
The view, on the other hand, is not my doing: the sea at the bottom of the valley and the mountains coming down to meet it.
Time takes care of the rest: it slows down the moment you sit out on the terrace.
I reply to messages the same day, usually within an hour. Arriving late is no problem: check-in is self-service, and I'll send you the instructions before you set off.
